We want you to love everything you order from Atum

If, for any reason, you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, as long as the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and has all original tags attached.

Please note That Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Once your item is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

For Exchanges, You Have Two Easy Options:

•⁠ ⁠Return your original item, and once approved, choose a new piece you love. We will ship your exchange promptly after inspection.
•⁠ ⁠Or, if you prefer not to wait, place a new order now, and we’ll refund you for the original item once it’s returned and inspected.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Swimwear:
Hygiene Seals:
Swimwear with broken hygiene seals is typically non-returnable.

Original Condition:
Swimwear must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.
